About Dakota

For most of my life, I thought something was wrong with me.

I felt stupid. I cheated my way through school. I couldn’t focus or belong.

​

I didn’t know how to talk about how I felt, didn’t even have the words.

​

I hated what I saw in the mirror. No matter what I did, it was never enough.

​

At 19, it all fell apart.

​

DUI. Minor in possession. Kicked out. Fired. Failing school.

​

My girlfriend cheated. High or drunk almost daily, often all day.

​

Barely dodged jail. Prison felt inevitable.

​

It felt like my life was over, and maybe it should be.

​

But something in me still believed I was meant for more.

​

I just had no idea how to access it.

​

Over the years, I poured myself into transformation: Landmark, coaching, leadership, and communication.

​

I climbed into executive roles, married the love of my life, and nearly lost it all again.

​

I was disciplined but miserable. Successful but exhausted and terrified.

Eventually, I started working with one of the best coaches in the world. And slowly, I came back to myself.
 

Through coaching, I created a life that I believed was previously impossible.
 

I don’t teach from theory, I coach from lived experience.

​

I’ve led teams, grown businesses, worked 70-hour weeks, and carried the weight of entire organizations.

​

I know what it’s like to succeed on paper and still feel like it’s not enough.

​

I don’t hold people accountable; that’s their job.

​

If they bring the commitment, we’ll build something fucking extraordinary together.

This isn’t a brand. It’s not a side hustle.

This is why I exist. This is what I’m here to do.
